Iain bwIain Dunbar has been in international medical sales & marketing for more than 30 years. He has worked for blue chip companies such as SmithKline, as well as for smaller international businesses. For eight years in the 1980’s he was a Director of a very successful medical advertising agency, taking the business from under £1m to over £5m turnover. More recently, he has held a number of board-level positions, including with a Scandinavian healthcare company (Scandimed A.S.) and Corin Group PLC , a British orthopaedic company, where he was Marketing Director.

Richard bwRichard Rawlinson is one of the most experienced sales & marketing professionals in the medical device field, and heads up the Acumen team providing Market Development consultancy in this sector. He has worked for large multi-nationals, Including Ethicon Sutures and Codman in Canada and Zimmer in the UK, and for smaller international businesses. Much of his experience is in managing international sales, both for direct subsidiaries and for indirect sales through distributors, including with Corin Group PLC in the UK and the USA. Most recently he has consulted for a number of blue chip medical device companies.
